The Embodied Path was created through my own journey of returning to my body.

There was a time where life felt intense, overwhelming, and at times chaotic. Where I found myself disconnected from my body and constantly navigating emotional highs and lows.

Through this, I began to understand something deeply: that true regulation doesn’t come from the mind alone, it comes from the body feeling safe enough to soften.

This work became a practice of slowing down, listening, and reconnecting.

Not forcing change… but allowing it.

The Embodied Path is an extension of that experience.

I offer a space where you can step out of the external noise and come back into relationship with yourself, where your nervous system can settle, your body can release what it has been holding, and you can reconnect to a more grounded, embodied state.

This is not about fixing you.
It is about remembering yourself.
